Mooresville is a town in Brown Township, Morgan County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. As of the 2010 census, the town population was 9,326.HistoryMooresville was founded in 1824 by Samuel Moore, and named for him. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.1% of the population.
