Minnie Mae's Burgers and Shakes 3.55

Minnie Mae's was known as Billy's Burger House until February 2014 when it was acquired by Sid and Caleb Crosby. It was renamed Minnie Mae's in honor of Sid's mother and Caleb's grandmother. The business motto is "Serving freshly prepared food for the next 50 years." With many long term employees, the business is more like a family. In fact, one of the cooks has been there 40 years! Sid and caleb will not change the great food that made the restaurant famous, but are actively upgrading the equipment and the building. The owners are honored to be entrusted with this Jackson icon.
