General Information
Q: Where is the event located?
A: The Midwest Sports Spectacular will be held at the Ohio Expo Center – Cardinal Hall in
Columbus, Ohio

Q: What are the show hours each day?
A:
• Fri., Jan 19th from 3am-8pm
• Sat., Jan 20th from 10am-6pm
• Sun., Jan 21st from 10am-5pm

Admission Passes
Q: Is a pass required for entry?
A: Passes are required for Saturday and Sunday only, and all fans must prominently display their pass for entry on those days of the event.

Q: Where can I purchase a pass?
A: Passes can be purchased:
• At the event
• On the website

Q: How much do passes cost?
A: Prices are listed below:
• Friday is Free
• Weekend Pass $10 (Covers entire weekend)

Q: If I purchase online, how will I receive my passes?
A: All passes purchased online will be available for pick up at Will Call. Will Call will open each day at the time the show opens.

Parking
Q: Is parking free?
A: No, parking is $5.

Autograph Tickets

Q: What is an autograph ticket?
A: An autograph ticket is required to get an autograph.

Q: Are autographs free?
A: No.

Q: How can I purchase an autograph ticket?
A: Autograph tickets can be purchased in advance on the website or at the event. Tickets purchased online will be available for pick up at Will Call (we do not mail them to you).

Q: How much do tickets cost?
A: The prices vary from player to player. Please see individual player prices here.

Q: What items can I bring to get signed?
A: Most players will sign any type of item, but there are different price tiers depending on the item. Please note that it is up to each player as to what he will or will not sign and we will state on the player’s specific ticket page if there are limitations.

Q: How many items can I bring to get signed?
A: As many as you like, but each autograph requires a ticket.

Q: Can I take photos with the players?
A: Due to the time restrictions and number of fans who want autographs, posed photos with the players are prohibited. We will have photo ops available for purchase for most players. Photo Op tickets can be purchased on the website.

Q: How do I know when certain players will be signing?
A: Please see the daily schedule.

Q: How long do most players sign?
A: Typically, on a specified day for one or two straight hours.

Q: Where can I pick up my tickets?
A: Tickets will be held for pick-up at Will Call at the event. You must present a photo ID matching the name on the original order or the e-mail confirmation received at the time of order to pick-up your purchase.

Autograph Event

Q: When and where can I get in line for autographs / Photo Ops?
A: All tickets are numbered. All player autograph sessions & Photo Ops will be in the main room of the show.

Q: What if I miss a player's signing time?
A: All tickets are non-refundable. Must be present at player's designated autograph time to receive autograph. If the signing time is missed, the opportunity is lost.

Q: What happens if I have a ticket for a player who doesn't attend the event?
A: You will be given a full refund.
