The Medard’s House project is a faith based endeavor, and will be an actual house where teenagers from the community can go to have healthy interactions with caring adults and other teens. Although there may be a variety of activities to accomplish this, the house will be more about conversations and relationships than just fun things to do.

Medard’s disappearance and death solidified a need in our community for our children to have access to caring adults. Although a small group in the community had already been meeting and praying about this project, when this tragedy struck, masks came off and the need for this type of “public home” became more apparent than ever. It is obvious to those involved in this project that today’s high school age student is craving healthy adult contacts that point them to truth.
