All special orders require a non refundable deposit of the cost of yarn. This may be made payable by PayPal or direct deposit through Navy Federal Credit Union. Orders that are not picked up in person will be charged an additional shipping fee. As these items are hand made, the time required to make them may vary. I do my absolute best to get them finished in no more than a few days, but as a mother of 2, sometimes that is not always feasible. Should something arise, and your order is delayed, I will let you know.
