Chef¹s Biography:
The internationally accredited Chef Edgar Octavio defines his own concept of seafood cuisine, Cocina de Autor. A 14 year veteran in the restaurants community, he has more than established his culinary presence. Contributing close to 40 restaurants nationally and abroad, he has left his mark on each.
His non-traditional approach to Seafood gives us a fresh and unique variation to your favorite dishes. Chef Edgar Octavio is a teacher, a student, a creator and collector. Through each adventures, he has humbly reserved the culture of his destination, bringing a simple complexity to the most demanding palates.
