ABOUT US:
Magnolia has been owned by the Whitfield Family since 1984. We have grown from our initial store of approximately 800 sq. ft. to our current 8,000 sq. ft. showroom in Hernando, MS. We also have a satellite store in Oxford, MS. We take great pride in both of our stores and would love to have you visit either location. We are sure you will find our staff most helpful and the selection unsurpassed.

Service:
Our goal is a happy customer! Whether you are building a new home or simply remodeling we are prepared to help you with your lighting needs. Our professional staff is available to offer advice and expertise. Our sales staff has many years of experience in the lighting business.

We have the largest selection of lighting, door hardware and home accessories in the mid-south. We consider ourselves your premier lighting store.

Stock:
Unlike many other lighting showrooms, Magnolia Lighting is committed to stocking 90% of everything we show in our showrooms. We special any items that we may not stock in a timely manner so that you have product when you need it. As soon as the customers commits to an order we “pre-pull” the order. At any given time we may have 50-75 house orders pulled at one time. We want you to have what your want when you want it.

Returns:
We do accept returns within 30 days of delivery. We do not want you to be unhappy with and product you might purchase from Magnolia Lighting. The following requirements are necessary to return merchandise:
Stocking items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Product must be in as new condition. Any fixture that has been hung is not eligible for return.
Product must be in original box with original packaging.
Special Order fixtures are returnable if they have not been hung but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Receipts are required for all returns.
Returns will be refunded in the manner they were paid. Credit cards will be credited back. For cash or check payments a check will be mailed the Friday following the return.

Warranty:
Magnolia Lighting offers a one year warranty on all of the products we sell. If you have a problem any fixture or fan during the one year warranty we will repair or replace it. We reserve the right to work with the manufacturer to determine whether or not to repair or replace.

All of the ceiling fans we sell come with a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. After the initial store warranty expires we will help you work with the manufacturer to repair or replace your fan. You will be responsible for any labor charges after the store warranty expires.
