Luxx Nail Lounge Cancellation Policy:
***Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee***

*15 Minute Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will then be canceled and you will be considered a "No-Show". Therefore, resulting in a cancelation fee of up to 100% of the reserved scheduled service, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

*Less than 24 Hour Notice Policy: Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less then 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

*No Call/No Show Policy: No-call/No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service and will no longer be taken as a client or scheduled for future services.

*Continuous Cancellation Policy: If you have cancelled your appointment up to, or more than 3 times, whether it be consecutive or inconsecutive, you will no longer be taken as a client.

These policies allow us the time to inform and notify our standby clients of any availability, so that we are able to better serve everyone. We understand situations may happen where you're not able to make it to your appointment, but please have the courtesy of notifying us at least 24 hours in advance that you need to cancel or reschedule you appointment. We try to be fair with all our clients, and we try very hard in striving to meet all our clients needs.
