Little Neck Care Center is a skilled nursing facility offering services to rehabilitate you or your loved one. Our short-term unit specializes in post-surgical and joint replacement care, working with our physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy departments to help renew strength, mobility, and confidence for a safe return home. We also specialize in onsite wound care, IV therapy, as well as dementia and cognitive impairment treatment. Our team takes pride in our dignified 24-hour nursing care to ensure you or your loved one is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

We have been serving the Little Neck/Great Neck/Bayside/and Nassau County community for over 40 years. Our facility is conveniently located at the border of Great Neck and Little Neck making us an ideal choice for neighboring towns of the Queens and Long Island area. But we are easily accessible from the Long Island Expressway (exit 32) making for quick commuting times to and from our facility.
Little Neck Care Center also offers various services and activities to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible. Our recreation team schedules an array of socializing activities throughout the day to help aide in the therapy process as well as keep you or your loved one active and happy. Beauty services are also offered every other Friday so you can feel pampered during your rehabilitation.

We are now also offering a concierge service for our short-term unit, being available Tuesday-Saturday, to assist in any inquiries or issues and to ensure that everyone in short-term rehab unit is pleased while staying with us. Our vibrant concierge is the welcoming face you see upon your admission and she will make numerous daily room visits to make sure everything is up to your standards.

Our diverse staff is also knowledgeable in a number of different languages to help mend the language barrier for those of different ethnicities (Bengali, Chinese, Creole, French, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Igbo, Malayalam, Mandarin, Panjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Tamilu, Teniglu, Turkish, Urdu, Yiddish).
