We are a Health and Wellness Center dedicated to offering you the services and classes that can help you live your best life. Our services include Natural Therapeutics, Massage, Cranial Sacral, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Hypnotherapy, and EFT. We also offer classes in various styles of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and Fitness. We also have special workshops that explore many things from hula hooping, to working with the breath, to chi gong! Our schedule comes out monthly so please check back regularly.
