Return Policy

We are so sorry if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To return your item(s) purchased simply return the item to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days of ship date. If the item is marked SALE, PROMOTIONAL SALE, FLASH SALE or FINAL SALE it will not be eligible for return for store credit.

Returned items should be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition. We will issue a store credit to you based on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. If the fit was an issue we will be happy to do an exchange for the correct size if in stock although you will be responsible for the new items shipping charge.

We are not responsible for return shipping fees and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend shipping returns with a tracking service as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
