Krystek School of Judo, BJJ, Self-Defense & Fitness 3.46

The Krystek School of Self Defense was founded in 1968. While deeply rooted in tradition, our school also embraces some of the most effective self defense disciplines available today. We offer adult classes in the sport of Judo, BJJ - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, CT 707 Krav Maga, Reality Based self defense (mma for the street), and Training For Warriors Fitness. You may also combine these disciplines for a complete self defense and fitness program. Our youth programs in Judo begin for children as young as Four, and Self defense eleven.

The Krystek School maintains a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. Students of all backgrounds - from children and teens to men and women of all ages, from beginner to expert - are welcome. A sixth-degree black belt in Judo, co-founder of Jiu-Jitsu Modern Style and HaganaH black belt, Sensei Jack Krystek and his instructors have dedicated their lives to mastering these arts, and can tailor a program to suit your needs.
