Kokothai is a culmination of intense flavors and culture from the streets of Thailand. Owner and Chef Steve Srivisay's passion for his craft led him to Southeast Asia on a culinary tour. Mentored by a Royal Chef in Thailand, Steve was determined to bring those flavors along with the recipes his mother Kate taught him back to Kansas City. "This is a fresh and modern take on authentic dishes that I hope to share with everyone", says Steve.

Small and quaint, kokothai is located at 1513 Grand Blvd minutes from the Sprint Center and the Kansas City Star. The renovation of this restaurant will offer complex flavors through a simplistic menu that will please all lovers of Thai food.
