Shurite Kempo is an eclectic mix of martial arts, primarily based around traditional Okinawan kata, with influences from Korean Tang Soo Do and Japanese karatedo. Self-defense is our main training goal.
Select students will also have the opportunity to train in a modern knife and stick curriculum.
Hard-style kettlebell training is an outstanding complement to our martial arts training. Kettlebell classes will focus on the six basic hard-style lifts, their progressions and regressions, as well as bodyweight and mobilty drills.
