Jim's Cheese 3.55

Jim's Cheese was founded in 1955 by Jim Peschel. Jim began simply by selling packaged Wisconsin cheese to a few neighboring cheese retailers near his home in Waterloo, Wis. In 1958 Jim's Cheese expanded to offer gift boxes and opened a retail store.

In 1985, Jim's son, Jim Peschel, Jr. oversaw the construction of our current location on Portland Road, with everything under one roof — packaging, cold storage, shipping, a retail store and delicatessen.

Jim's Cheese is well known for our cutout cheese shapes, expertly aged cheddar cheese and large selection of specialty and artisan cheeses. We currently deliver to a customer base in 12 Midwestern states via trucks, along with drop ship service and truck line service nationwide.
