At Inform Fitness, only five to seven exercises will complete a total-body workout. We guide our clients through a prescribed set of exercises on specially calibrated machines, where the weights are lifted in slow but continuous movements. It may sound easy, but rest assured – it’s not. The goal is to work the muscle to the point of complete failure, by using high-intensity resistance and a focused technique.
