Inbody Academy Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher Certification Program has over 25 years of experience training Yoga Teachers and 10 years as a certified Program. The aim of our Yoga Therapy and Teacher Training program, is to guide you into a greater understanding of your own gifts, both in your yoga practice and in your everyday life. You will learn to work one-one with individuals to help them find freedom and healing in their body and mind. You will learn from the best in the world, and discover tools to develop more mastery as a teacher. Our focus is on the yoga philosophies, psychology of the energy body and mind, as well as therapeutic alignment and biomechanics. You will be encouraged and empowered to develop as both an individual and as a future teacher. This awareness will help you develop the skills necessary to teach.
