• Housing & Safety Net Services provide over 15,000 households annually with client advocacy, utility assistance, employment assistance and transitional housing.
• Early Childhood & Family Services promote the healthy growth and development of approximately 650 children aged 0-5 each year by supporting and educating low-income parents.
• Youth & Family Services help thousands of at-risk youth ages 5-21 break the intergenerational cycle of poverty through after-school enrichment activities, college and career exploration, job training, and academic support.
• Seniors & Adults with Disabilities Services promote the independence of over 2,000 vulnerable individuals annually through case management, money management, transportation assistance and scheduled meals and activities.
