Our mission is to carry out community service by hearts and hands working together to save lives and restore communities with these key goals -

PROVIDE a place for community fellowship, learning, planning & distribution of resources; funding resources for faith based organizations
ASSIST local churches and community leaders
UNITE local churches & community leaders for the purpose of spiritual revival and furthering economic development
SPREAD the gospel of Jesus Christ
SERVE the residents in the community by giving food, clothing, household items and furnishings to people in need
EDUCATE future generations through our Young Christian Achievers Outreach Ministry

BACK TO SCHOOL BLAST
Come out and celebrate the Back to School season with a big bash for our students. Check back for the date and time. The Back To School Blast will be held in our parking lot.

TRANSFORMATION

ADULTS - 18 & ABOVE
CLIENTS - 1 PERSON SPIRITUAL MENTOR
DURATION - 12 MONTH AVERAGE, MEETING TWICE WEEKLY; DAYS TO BE DECIDED
BY THE SPIRITUAL MENTOR & PARTNER
INSTRUCTORS - VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTORS WILL BE INTERVIEWED AND
SELECTED. MALES FOR MALES AND FEMALES FOR FEMALES.
COURSE OBJECTIVES - HELPING ADULTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY STUCK IN LIFE
WHO WANT CHANGE, AND WANT HELP. THESE SESSIONS WILL BE ONE ON ONE
PRIVATE SESSIONS, FIRST INTRODUCING THE INDIVIDUAL TO CHRIST;
ASSESSING THEIR SITUATION AND PRAYING FOR DIRECTION , DEVELOPING A
LIFE PLAN, AND HELPING THE INDIVIDUAL STAY ON COURSE WHILE THEY DO
THE WORK OF IMPLEMENTING THE PLAN. FOR EXAMPLE, IF THEY WANT TO GO
BACK TO SCHOOL, HOW DO THEY GET THERE. IF THEY HAVE A HABIT, HOW DO
THEY GET AND STAY CLEAN.
YOUNG CHRISTIAN ACHIEVERS (YCA)
YOUTH - AGES 10 - 17
STUDENTS PER CLASS - 25
ATTIRE - POLO SHIRTS WITH YCA LOGO AND KHAKI PANTS
DURATION - 12 MONTHS
MEETING TWICE WEEKLY ON TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS FROM 4PM - 6PM
INSTRUCTORS - VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTORS WILL BE INTERVIEWED AND SELECTED
AFTER BACKGROUND CHECKS (SHERIFF WADELL). THE INSTRUCTORS WILL BE
SOLICITED THROUGH NEWSPAPPER PERIODICALS AND LOCAL CHURCHES. TWO
INSTRUCTORS PER CLASS, PREFERABLY ONE MALE & ONE FEMALE.
COURSE OBJECTIVES - DEVELOPING A SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION IN OUR YOUTH
BASED ON THE WORD OF GOD, COVERING LIFE SUBJECTS THAT ARE ESSENTIAL
FOR PROPER GODLY DEVELOPMENT FOR OUR YOUTH, ON TO BECOMING
PRODUCTIVE CHRISTIAN ADULTS.
MINISTRY PARTNERSHIPS WITH COMMUNITY LEADERS & OUTREACH MINISTRIES
We partner with you to help with community outreach projects.
In an effort to reach out to the homeless,
House of Hope partnered with the Shared the Warmth & Love Project this past winter.
Our ministry partners with in-house programs include - The Providence at Southmore and College ASAP.

SAFEHOUSE INITIATIVE
Presently, House of Hope's Safehouse in Philadelphia, MS, is the only one that exists within a 50 mile radius, that assists women and children transitioning. With a rise in domestic abuse, economic crisis, and unforeseen illnesses, more Safehouses are needed. With your prayers and support House of Hope is prepared to meet the demand.
