Hillside Pizza began as a fundraising operation in 2001. In 2006, we opened our South Deerfield restaurant! The opening of our Hadley shop followed in 2009, and our Bernardston location opened in 2011.

We strive to operate our business using sustainable business practices, while benefiting our local community. We are committed to using organic and local ingredients whenever possible, crafting all of our products in small batches. We further promote sustainable living through organic agricultural methods, composting, and recycling. We believe that thriving communities are, in part, built on access to quality foods and a healthy environment. Schools, churches, sports teams and other groups have raised over $270,000 selling our fresh "Take & Bake" pizzas and "Scoop & Bake" cookie dough through our fundraising program!
