Elbow Tree was first established in 2006 on the Southside of Chattanooga, TN at the foot of Lookout Mountain. Recently Hayne Steen, one of our home grown counselors and long time friends, has planted a new Elbow Tree office in Saint Augustine, Florida. The Florida practice is independently owned and operated.
