Made possible by the non-profit organization HANDS, Inc., Hat City is part of a larger mission to revitalize and reinvigorate the surrounding community through the arts, by buying and restoring properties, HANDS is creating a welcoming culture for artists to live, work and play. A percentage of profits from Hat City go to them, who in turn invest it into further programming and initiatives in The Valley.

Hat City is an intimate restaurant/music venue, known for Jazz and Blues, located in The Valley Arts District ion the border of West Orange and Orange, NJ. Featuring American cuisine, full bar, and weekly open jams and weekend: local, regional, and national artists, Hat City is a destination for a rockin' good time.

Come down to enjoy the intimate, funky atmosphere, awesome cocktails, and original music any day of the week. We welcome music lovers and food lovers to mingle together and experience the cozy vibe of Hat City.
