Happy Paws is Hampton Roads’ nonprofit, humane pet training center, offering professional instruction for pets and their caregivers. Whether you are looking for basic obedience, wanting to teach your critter some manners, or just want something fun to do with your dog, Happy Paws is here to help.

At Happy Paws, we believe that training is an important part of every pet’s life. Happy Paws uses a state-of-the-art, scientific approach that is rooted in building a positive, trusting, and respectful relationship with your four-legged family member.

Happy Paws is a collaborative project of the Chesapeake Humane Society, Norfolk SPCA and Virginia Beach SPCA that provides education and training to strengthen the bond between companion animals and their families.
