Hamilton Sr. High School, serving grades 9-12, adopted a seven period modified block schedule to ensure that students have the opportunity to participate in extended laboratory practicums. Vocational programs are provided by the Four County Area Vocational Cooperative. In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in on-campus and off-campus dual credit classes through the Trine Middle College program. Students are afforded the opportunity to take online classes during and outside of the regular school day. This unique opportunity permits students to pursue additional levels of interest, advanced classes, and pursue credit recovery classes, as needed. Thus, the educational opportunities for students are varied in scope and not limited to what can be provided within the current physical structure.
By working together the staff of Hamilton Community Schools continues to ensure that students excel academically and in extra-curricular activities. This is evidenced by high achievement on state and local assessments and in academic competitions.
