Service Call Check List.
Follow this check list every time a technician comes to service your air-conditioner.
Have the Technician:
1. Weigh the freon before and after the service call. (if the service person does not have a scale, use your bathroom scale)
2.Change the filters
3.Oil indoor and Outdoor Fan Motors
4.Wash off the outdoor coil
5.Check bearing wear on moth fan motors.
6.Check for burned or corroded wires and contacts.
Never say to a Service Person....
"just do whatever you think it needs." or " I don't know a thing about what your doing."
Politely let the Service Company and the Service Person know that you are Involved and Informed
