Our food truck team consists of three remarkable chefs with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business. Our mission is to provide everyone with the best smoked comfort food experience. We smoke all of our meat daily to provide you with the highest quality and flavor. We only use the best cuts of meat and freshest produce available. All of our sauces and rubs are made from scratch. Our breads are baked daily at Orange County’s own Bread Artisan Bakery. Our food is flavorful, innovative and addictive. We are passionate about our smoked cuisine.
Hacks Food Truck is available for lunch, dinner and late night service. We can also customize a menu to cater your next company party, private event or Wedding. We have catered events for as little as 10 people, up to 2000 and we have always managed to excite everyone with our delicious food.
