Our Leader
Pastor Yusef Chandler-Westbrooks, Sr. is the second eldest of four siblings, born in Louisville, Kentucky to a legacy of preachers of the Gospel, including his grandparents and two aunts. Overcoming the lure of the streets to accept his call to ministry has brought this man of God to a number of crossroads. He is married to Latasha Chandler-Westbrooks and together they have three sons. A devoted husband and father, he leads by example and considers his family the wind beneath his wings.
Pastor Chandler-Westbrooks is the founder and Overseer of God’s Will Christian Fellowship in Louisville, Kentucky. He has eleven years of practical experience as a community leader and Youth Pastor. He is also in the process of establishing various outreach ministries focusing on the needs, pressures and concerns of our youth and young adults.
Pastor Chandler-Westbrooks teaches on real life experiences and biblical principles in a common language understood by youth to persuade them to give their life to Christ. Not only does Pastor Chandler-Westbrooks reach the youth, but he bridges the gap between the young and the old with old school values and a new age swagger.
Called to ministry in 2000 at Rock Of Ages Baptist Church under the teachings of Pastor Olivia Chandler. He was ordained September 23, 2005 by Bishop Andy C. Lewter of Hollywood Cathedral Full Gospel Church (Amityville, New York) and Bishop Walter Smith of New Horizon Full Gospel Church (Louisville, Kentucky).
His excitement and intensity in delivering the Word of God has helped to revive ministries, renew hearts and rebuild relationships in the minds of believers; as well as non-believers to a new level of faith and commitment to God.
