I am 2014 graduate of EKU with a Bachelors of Health Science in Physical Education : Fitness & Wellness Management, CPR/ First Aid Certified, & soon to be DDPYoga Level 1 Instructor. I also specialize in Women's self defense, currently holding rank in Muay Thai kickboxing as a Black Prajiet (belt) associate instructor in the TBA (Thai Boxing Association) & Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt.
I teach marital arts class at the AFS Academy as well as an extremely fun and successful MMA Fitness Bootcamp! I have limited availability but keep a maximum of 10 personal training clients. There is a current waiting list so contact me to set up a consultation for availability.
