Gilbert Yoga is has been serving the East Valley since 2003 with a wide variety of classes which we hope make yoga available to EveryOne. We are a state licensed Private Post-secondary School, offering Yoga Teacher Training at the 200 hr level and an additional 85hr Prenatal level. We offer many events/workshops, as well as over 55 classes each week to fit your needs.
We are a loving community of teachers and students, and welcome you as you are with open arms and open hearts!
