F.S. Williams Red Boot Deli 4.04

The Red Boot Deli is located on Main Street in Clinton, Louisiana. Our handcrafted poboys are piled high with fresh ingredients on New Orleans style French bread then pressed on a panini grill. We offer daily poboy, burger, salad and homemade soup specials.

Our roots started with F.S. Williams Country Store in Ethel, Louisiana. The Williams Family served the community from 1929 until a fire destroyed the building in 2011. Jennifer Williams Templet and her husband, Eric, launched the F.S. Williams Red Boot Deli in 2012 with the dream of rebuilding the legacy of old store. Though the location has changed, the old-fashioned quality and friendly service that everyone has grown to love remains.
