Students improve their health and well being through exercises which develop core strength, improve flexibility, unite the mind & body, improve balance & coordination, heal soft tissue damage, restore proper body alingment, & improve posture. The exercises engage the entire body using focused concentration, controled movements, and coordinated breathing to provide an energizing workout! The studio is fully equipped with all of the unique apparatus developed by Joseph Pilates, shower facility, and off-street parking.
