FIT4MOM of Navarre | Gulf Breeze | Fort Walton Beach offers classes in every stage of motherhood. Our classes are taught by prenatal and postnatal certified instructors to help you become a healthier, happier and more fit mama!

FIT4MOM is more than a fitness group! We help moms make strides in fitness, motherhood, and life! The camaraderie, support and love that is spread within our community of moms is AMAZING! We would love to welcome you first time moms, and moms with adult children/grandkids. Women who are pregnant, women who just need a community and women who want to get back to themselves.

Our Stroller Strides class is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. We are more than just a walk in the park! Taught by certified fitness instructors who specialize in pre&postnatal women, our small group classes include power walking, jogging or running and intervals of body toning and strength training. Our exercise program can be customized and tailored for any fitness level or personal goal. Songs and activities ensure that the little ones are entertained and engaged!

Stroller Barre� is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre� focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Our Fit4Baby class is a prenatal fitness class that incorporates strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises to keep you healthy and prepared for your new arrival! Our certified fitness instructors specialize in both pre&postnatal women, and all exercises can be adjusted and tailored to any stage of pregnancy. We follow all guidelines set forth by ACOG, the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, to ensure that your workout is both effective and safe during your pregnancy.

Body Back� is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby (6 months postpartum) or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back� clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Women have surefire success by using Body Back� meal plans, homework, and online workouts.
