My name is Alex I'm a dance teacher, choreographer and group fitness instructor.
I have been dancing since I was four years old, and I bring my passion for dance to every class I teach. I love being a group fitness instructor because it makes it easy to bring dance to the masses. All my classes are high energy sweatfests filled with good times and laughs. They are geared toward all fitness levels. I keep my classes easy to follow so everyone gets a great workout, and I'm happy to answer questions and suggest modifications if you need extra help. I am licensed to teach Zumba and Piloxing along with being an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, and CPR and AED certified.
