Empower Gym is a high performance athletic training center designed for those who are ready to push themselves to new limits. The program goes far beyond just teaching offensive and defensive techniques. In addition to teaching the necessary skills to fight, the Empower program focuses on developing the mind with the body to instill confidence, strength, intellect, and a positive state of mind within each of our clients.

The Empower™ concept has been utilized over the course of the last 10 years in areas of professional sportsmanship (NFL, NCAA, Mixed Martial Arts, MLB, and NBA).
