Dr. Rivas is a pediatrician located in Gonzales, TX. His office is at Sievers Medical Clinic, a multispecialty medical clinic that provides medical care for Gonzales and surrounding communities. We are the premiere Pediatric practice in Gonzales County. Dr. Rivas completed his internship and pediatric residency at UMDNJ-University Hospital/Children's Hospital of NJ program in 1992. He practiced initially in Austin, TX where he resided for 13 years before moving to Gonzales with his family in 2006. He has extensive experience in the care of complicated and healthy newborns as well hospital and ambulatory care of children and adolescents up to the age of 21 years old. Beyond taking care of the whole spectrum of pediatrics he has special interests in Dermatology, Asthma/Allergies, Infectious Diseases and critically ill newborns and infants.
