RESERVATION POLICY
50% of Total Reservation amount is due at booking (known as Reservation Fee). Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled 60 days prior to Check-in Date, 50% of reservation fee will be refunded.
If cancelled 30 days prior to Check-In Date 25% of reservation fee will be refunded.
If cancelled within 30 days of Check-In Date no refund will be given.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE our guests to look into and secure Trip Insurance to protect you from cancellations due to Hurricanes, Family emergency etc.
