I am a trained HypnoDoula and completed my coursework through the Curtis Method of Hypnobirthing Using natural techniques and comfort measures to help all women experience a beautiful and peaceful birth.

As a wife and Mom of two children I have given birth both in a birth center and hospital setting. I believe childbirth is an empowering act and that EACH and EVERY birth is a beautiful miracle of life. I am passionate about serving women and honored to witness the birth of your next child.

In my free time I love to experiment in the kitchen with new healthy recipes, garden, hike and spend time with my husband and two children.
