In our 5,000+ square feet of raw gym space, you'll find plenty of top-notch equipment, easy parking, a club-worthy sound system, convenient showers, expert trainers, space to observe workouts and hang out with your fellow CrossFitters, and even an outdoor workout space.

In addition to our traditional CrossFit programming, you'll find other valuable offerings like Endurance, Yoga, Strength and Women's-Only classes, corporate wellness initiatives, skill clinics, information seminars and more.

We offer free Open House workouts every Saturday at 11:15. Appropriate for all fitness levels, this is the perfect opportunity to learn about CrossFit and how CF404 is unique!
