Short, yet, high intensity cardio and strength training exercises โ An amazingly effective way to get stronger & faster, to improve endurance & stamina, and of course, to lose weight!
All classes are 1 hour long & within a group setting.
In every class there is a warm-up & stretch, followed by a strength session, and then a conditioning workout.
Classes are open to all fitness levels and modifications are expected to be made to accommodate your specific needs
