Crimson Building Company was formed to be a different kind of contractor. The founders have more than 20 combined years of experience in the construction industry, from Subcontractor to General Contractor to Developer/Owner. Through this broad experience they noticed that many companies in the industry primarily focus on maximizing profits. They found that this approach nearly always has had a negative impact on projects.

They set out to create something different - a company that does not believe that success is a by-product of maximizing profits; instead profitability is simply a by-product of excellence.

Crimson's focus is mainly on the multifamily and light commercial markets, and our personal expertise and experience gives us the ability to manage virtually any type of construction project, large or small.
