Crafted & Cured, a unique take on the craft community. Specializing in fresh Craft beer/Ciders through our 60 tap growler fill station and a complementary selection of cured meats/fine cheeses.

Housed in the iconic Dietz building, Crafted & Cured's ambience is a nod to the buildings original heritage. Constructed in 1886 Dietz building owner, John C. Dietz, opened his flourishing Apothecary on the main floor along with two additional live/work retail storefronts while occupying the second floor as his family's personal residence. Yesterday it was known as the Norman Miller building; today this historical building will be known as District Provisions.
District Provisions is a turn of the century style neighborhood market. Designed and built to supply the primary daily grocery needs (provisions) to the residents of Oregon District, South Park, St. Anne's Hill and the downtown Dayton commuting public. Providing quality organic produce, local humanely raised proteins, fresh local dairy, hand selected craft beer, imported wines, organic health foods and unique household goods. Crafted & Cured will anchor phase I which will be rounded out with District Provisions, local butcher and a Latin market.
