3. Cook promises to employ superior personnel! Our delivery drivers, plant workers, and support staff are Cook employees with years of experience. For example, unlike many of our competitors who contract out the delivery of their buildings, Cook drivers are uniformed and have passed criminal background checks, motor vehicle report reviews, drug screenings, periodic check-rides, and medical certifications. When making a decision on which building to purchase, always ask the question, “Who will be in my backyard?”
