As one of the longest running community paramedic programs in the nation, the CONNECT Community Paramedic Program serves Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

The CONNECT Community Paramedic Program is a consortium of the Congress of Neighboring Communities, the Allegheny County EMS Council, 45 EMS agencies, UPMC, and the Highmark Foundation.
