Even Keel Holdings, LLC is committed to opening the Clyde Theatre to fill the need for a multi functional, mix use facility where people of all ages and abilities can come together to celebrate and participate in cultural and educational events. This project plan is being managed by M.S.K.T.D. & Associates architectural firm and Even Keel President Rick Kinney.

The Alvin Max Strauss designed building known as the Clyde Theatre was at one time a vibrant cornerstone of commerce and entertainment for many citizens residing in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio. The building located at 1808 Bluffton Rd. consists of over 21,000 sq ft of floor space. This space consists of an approximately 10,700 sq ft performance hall that will be utilized as a multi-functional performing arts center, and a 10,400 sq ft two story grand lobby that will function as an art gallery, focusing on structural/sculptural art. The first floor of this lobby will also be utilized as a traditional entryway/service area and box office for events held in the Clyde Theatre’s performance hall. The second story of the lobby will function as a box seat balcony VIP area for live concert events, and will be utilized as a second story art gallery, working in conjunction with the first floor art exhibits. Even Keel will manage all in house promoted events including movie nights, live concert events, comedy acts, art exhibitions and manage all Clyde Theatre rental operations to outside producers.

Adjacent to the lobby entrance at 1810 Bluffton Road is a 3,200 sq. ft. ground level commercial space that will be utilized as an extended box office for Clyde Theatre concert events.

The properties located at 3502 – 3506 Quimby Arcade consist of three commercial store fronts each containing 800 sq ft of rental space with equal square footage in the basement level. These three locations will be leased to local retail or light manufacturing businesses. With the Clyde Theatre Performing Arts Center directly around the corner, examples of such businesses that would cater well to future customers would be a boutique clothing store, a music store, a small grocery store focusing on fresh locally grown food, or perhaps a skateboard/bike shop.

The property located at 3508 Quimby Arcade Dr. consists of a 2,600 sq ft newly constructed restaurant café space and kitchen that will be managed by a local restaurant owner. This facility is also equipped with a full 2,600 sq ft basement.
