CItywide was founded on January 16, 2006 with the purpose to provide outpatient mental health services to different ethnic groups, accommodated to the rapid changes of the community and society to enable those individuals to develop their own awareness of their own personal process in which are bearing.

Citywide ofrece una serie amplia de servicios terapeuticos y de apoyo a los clientes con enfasis: diabetes y programas nutricionales, manejamiento de casa (incluyendo) vivienda, y servicios publicos (utilidades), SSI, DPW & problemas de violencia domestica.
