City of Joy International Ministries is an commissioned apostolic and prophetic ministry training operation. It was established primarily to train next generation leaders and soldiers for the Kingdom of God.

Our founders Cornelius and Brandyn White was recruited and commissioned by the Kingdom of God to govern retrieved areas of kingdom interest, establish the Khrist Kultures as its government. Promote Heavens existence from which they were sent, educated, train, and establish new officers until the coming of the Lord or until we conquer the entire world which ever comes first.
