The Central Mall Fort Smith (CFS) Facebook Fan page (www.facebook.com/CentralMallFSM) is a page on which fans of CFS areas can meet, engage, and communicate with one another and CFS electronically. CFS welcomes any and all fans to participate in conversation with each other and CFS itself at any time and for any reason.
If at any time a member of the CFS Facebook community chooses to communicate using offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate language, or expresses or makes references fraudulent or illegal, CFS reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to remove said post and permanently block said user. Similarly, if a member of the CFS Facebook community posts advertisements or any other content that is deemed inappropriate, irrelevant, or misplaced,CFS also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove these posts and ban these users. In short, CFS reserves the right to remove posts, feedback, comments, etc. from any user from the CFS page at any time and at its sole discretion.
Any user violating the Central Mall Fort Smith Facebook Moderation Policy is subject to removal from the page without notice. If you see anything on the CFS Facebook page that you think should be brought to the attention of CFS, please email us where to find the item in question at info@centralmallfortsmith.com and we will respond accordingly. We ask all observers of the CFS Facebook page to remember that any posts made by any entity other than CFS do not reflect the opinions of Central Mall Fort Smith and CFS is not responsible for the accuracy or content.
