CCP Church 4.56

From the beginning, the vision of Christian Community Presbyterian Church (CCP) was to be a church that is faithful to the Bible and relevant to the city of Newark. Its initial strategy was to focus on the Portuguese speaking community, but CCP grew, and now aims to serve the entire city through its ministries.

We want to be a place where people will meet God and will be touched by Him. We understand that we are all equal in the eyes of God, and all of us are in need of a Savior who accepts us as we are, but that will not let us remain this way. He will transform us and mold us in his image.

This is the good news. And this news declares that in Christ we are part of a new family, in which the only Father is God. To be part of the family of God gives us meaning. In this family you will find love, beauty and worth.
