Community Animal Welfare Society ( CAWS) is one of the oldest no-kill animal rescues in Utah. Over the last 20 years CAWS, our fosters and supporters have saved thousands of lives. As the largest foster home network in the state of Utah, we focus on high risk pets in need of additional care and rehabilitation

We are a FOSTER BASED rescue, so we do not have a location. We hold adoption events at Petco in Sugarhouse (1165 East Wilmington; SLC), the 1st Saturday of every month & Petsmart in South Salt Lake (1830 South 389 West; SLC) on the 3rd & 4th Saturday of every month.

ADOPTION FEES:

Our adoption fees are as follows:

Puppies under 6 months - $200 + $100 Refundable Training Deposit - Total fee $300

Dogs over 6 months - $150 +$50 Refundable Training Deposit as needed; dependent on the dog.

All of our dogs are fixed, vaccinated & chipped.

CATS:
$65 - Adults
$85 - Kittens

All Felines are 2 for 1!

All of our cats are fixed, vaccinated & chipped.
