Casey Ball Supports Coordination, LLC provides aging Waiver Service Coordination to older adults, who meet eligibility requirements, with assistance in navigating, selecting and coordinating services. Under the program, a trained service coordinator meets with a participant to determine the individual's needs. The coordinator will then develop a plan to set up and organize those services, with the goal of keeping that individual in his or her home.
